In addition to the real time email notification when events occur, we also provide weekly or monthly reporting which gives a concise picture of your systems health and problems that have occurred since the last report.
We would not suggest that this service should replace your existing IT support services, however it will provide your team with real time alerts of problems when or when they are about to occur, thus freeing their time for more important issues. Alternatively our engineers are always available to provide remote services to resolve any issue if required.
