Our clients can tailor their IT Support to suit their requirements without being bound to unnecessary costs and, at the same time, benefit from our comprehensive proactive management skills.

SDT's IT support is provided by a dedicated team of highly accredited engineers who provide telephone, remote and on-site support services. Our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are completely flexible to suit individual clients' requirements and offer them either a fully inclusive fixed fee contract or flexible, variable pre-paid contracts where support costs can be varied depending on usage.

Total Support

Our Total Support is designed for clients who do not employ an expert in-house IT support function and who prefer to use our professional services to fully manage their IT infrastructure. We take full responsibility for our clients' IT requirements, delivering day-to-day support and proactive advice on their IT issues.

Co-Support

Our Co-Support is designed for clients who employ in-house IT staff, but still require additional expertise and resource on a regular basis. Our clients use our services for specific project tasks or for additional support to supplement their internal team with more specialist skills that they may not posess in-house.
