This software enables our engineers to securely access your PC from our supoort centre and assist you more efficiently
with your support query.
How to enable remote access on your computer
Current Support Clients
If you are a current customer all you need to do is contact our support team, they will issue you a
unique reference number, which you then enter into

Please note this number is unique to the current support call and cannot be re-used once the
remote access session has expired or has been terminated.
Once this process has been completed our engineer will be able to assist you with your query
by directly and securely accessing your computer.
