Large firm of solicitors with 200+ users contracted to three days' per week on-site
support. Additional project work is constantly carried out. The Client relies
on SDT for all of their IT requirements with extended working hours.
Ad hoc Support Service
Hotel group with head office and twenty hotels countrywide. SDT are contracted
to fully support the head office and have an additional agreement to offer
unlimited telephone and remote support to the regional hotels. Any additional
work is charged seperately.
